WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES ?
The pieces of jewelry sold on our website are made to order and are usually shipped within 3-10 business days. Standard delivery times for all orders once at Canada Post office are:
Province of Quebec: 1-3 business days
Rest of Canada: 1-7 business days
United States: 1-2 weeks
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of interruptions, breakdowns or delays in the postal service, your bank or your credit card. In addition, we are not responsible for lost packages if an incorrect delivery address has been entered when ordering.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
All our orders are shipped by Canada Post. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with a tracking number.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE WAS AN ERROR WITH MY ORDER ?
Don’t worry! If you received the wrong or a defective item, contact us immediately at email@example.com Make sure to include a photo of the wrong or damaged item in your email.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY ?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your delivery.
No exchange/return on items on sale & on special orders.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM ?
EXCHANGE/RETURN BY MAIL
You MUST get a return number before shipping back any item. NO exchange/return will be accepted without a return number. The items must be shipped back in its original packaging, unworn, clean and undamaged. In the case of an error on our part, the return shipping fees are on us. In all other cases return shipping is at the expense of the sender.
Here’s how to apply for an exchange/return:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- Your full name
- A description of the article
- The reason for return/exchange
Please take note that it can take up to 3-5 business days for refunds to appear back on your credit card or Paypal account.
If you ask for an exchange, an approximate delivery date will be provided for the delivery of the new item.
